Its been a while since I was here, but it looks the same for others...

Sunday April 5: 10 mile Race, 1:23.30 (8:21 pace). I came down with a bad cold before the race and it shut me down for a long time. My next physical activity was Tuesday April 14: 4.5 mile run (no idea time). I am going swimming tonight and then getting back into things...

Swim ~40 mins. Planning to run this afternoon.

Tried a new pool at one of the other branches of my gym. It's only 20 yards. It's annoying. Have to figure out where to go in the mornings...

Also, yes, am totally up for a weekend down there to do some outdoor swimming (and to go out and do the skyline climb!) April's actually all booked up now, but sometime in May works.
I've been flaky the past couple of weeks, due to various injuries, work, and general grumpiness. Did spin class a couple of times, but that's it.

But the regiment on that little spreadsheet starts tomorrow, so I promise I'll pick it up.

This morning: ~33 mile bike (5 laps in Central Park) / approx 2 hrs.

Still need to get heart rate monitor, and a computerthing for my bike... might do that this afternoon.
