So the last few days have been rough (there is snow and I hate treadmills), but my January has been pretty good (thats right, I am puting the pressure on):

1/12- 5 mile run (45 minutes)
1/15- 5 mile run (45 minutes)
1/17- 1.2 mile swim
1/20- 6.5 mile run (60 minutes)
1/23- 3.5 mile run (30 minutes)
1/26- 8.5 mile run (80 minutes)
