Friday 2/13- 4.5 miles, 40ish minutes
Saturday 2/14- 4.5 miles, 40ish minutes ; 90 minutes of basketball (it hurts, a lot)
Sunday 2/15- 2400 yard swim, 40 minutes
Monday 2/16- 2 mile run, 20 minutes (note to self: when AM temperature is 27 degrees, more than a T-shirt is necessary otherwise you have to turn around for fear of frostbite)
Tuesday 2/17- 4.5 miles, 40ish minutes (note to self, wear watch when running)
